Introduction
If you’re looking for a show-stopping treat that blends fruity sweetness with creamy indulgence, Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones are the answer. These handheld desserts combine the rich creaminess of classic cheesecake with the warm, comforting flavors of peach cobbler — all tucked neatly into a crunchy waffle cone. Perfect for summer parties, weekend gatherings, or anytime you’re craving something sweet and satisfying, these cones are as fun to eat as they are beautiful to serve.
Ingredients:
For the cheesecake filling:
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
For the peach cobbler topping:
2 cups (300 g) fresh or canned peaches, diced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
For the cones:
6–8 waffle cones
Crushed graham crackers (optional, for texture)
Cinnamon sugar (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions:
Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add the vanilla extract and continue to mix. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Chill in the fridge while preparing the topping.
Prepare the Peach Cobbler Topping
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add diced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peaches soften and release their juices. Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the mixture thickens. Let cool to room temperature.
Assemble the Cones
Spoon a layer of graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of each cone (optional but adds a nice crunch). Pipe or spoon in the chilled cheesecake filling until the cone is nearly full. Top generously with the cooled peach cobbler mixture.
Finish and Serve
For an extra touch, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or more graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately for a crisp cone, or refrigerate for up to an hour if you want a slightly softer bite.
Serving and Storage Tips:
Serve Fresh: These cones are best served soon after assembly to maintain the crunch of the cone and the freshness of the filling.
Short-Term Storage: If you need to prepare in advance, store the cheesecake filling and peach topping separately in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Assemble the cones just before serving.
Avoid Freezing: Due to the texture of the cones and the whipped filling, freezing is not recommended.
